Tripoli :

 

The groom of Mediterranean Basine is old and new developing city, it was founded since 2000 years ago and it was known as Oea known for it blue skies, glorious sunshine and Mediterranean weather. Tripoli attracts visitors from all over the world with its old history and famous Septemous  and castles as well as old Turkish market and old Tripoli  city.                                                     

 

Tripoli encompasses a wide range of landscapes and sandy beaches where you can swim during the whole year from April until the end of November. Its not far away from majestic Sahara desert where you can discover the virgin land. 

 

 

About Sabrata

 

In Roman times the Tripolitania province had three cities, called Tripolis, Leptis Magna, Oea ( now  the modern Tripolis ) and Sabratha.

 

Sabratha was to large extent the one with least wealth, yet there are structure here that give a lot of sease to idea of visiting it. Sabratha was constructed in the 1st and 2nd centuries Ad, but it did  survive longer than its big brother, leptis Magna.

 

 

About Leptis Magna

 

Loptis Magna has Deservedly earned a reputation of having the most complete and impressive Roman ruins in the entire North Africa .Leptis Magna was originally  a Libyan settlement, where after the Phoenicians made it into a trading point. From the 6th century BC Leptis Magna was probably subdued by Carthage .  it become part of the Roman Empire 111BC.
