1-Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session and familiarize yourself with  

   the equipment.

2-Keep strictly to the time and interrupt any speaker who over-runs the scheduled time

   allowed for him.

1-The Language of the conference is the English and Arabic Languages..

2-Check when and where your paper is to be presented.

3-If you want slides to be projected, please make use of the slide preview facility located

   at the premises. Put slides in correct sequence and position into container(s).

4-Carry the container at the beginning of the break before your session to the respective

   auditorium and leave it at the projector’s disk.

5-If you fail to arrive in your scheduled time; your presentation will be cancelled. If your

   slide have not been handed in time you must speak without slides.

6-Respect the time allowed to your presentation strictly. If your over-run, the chairman

   will interrupt you immediately, and there will be no discussion of your paper .

7-Don,t forget to pick up your slides/CD or USB during the break after your session at the projector’s disk of the respective auditorium.
